Workspace¶

Workspace at jirareminders.com/workspace lets you create, preview and schedule reminders and reports from the browser. Everything you save there appears on the app Home tab in Slack too, and vice versa.

What — choose Report or Reminder, a project, and either a report type (pick an epic or release from a list) or the issue groups and template for a reminder.
How — delivery (channel, DM each assignee, or both), skip-when-empty, @mentions, AI options.
When & where — days, time (your Slack time zone) and destination channel or DM.

Press Preview with live data to see two tabs: a rich Web preview and the Slack message layout. Send test to my DM posts the preview privately to you in Slack. Save schedule activates it. Saving again updates the same schedule. Use Start a new schedule to create another. Previewing and sending a test do not save a schedule or post to your team.

Your saved schedules are listed above the editor with Edit, Send now, Pause/Resume and Delete.

Live reports¶

Live reports (/reports) shows any report on demand for any project — useful in planning meetings. Links in scheduled Slack reports (View full report) open here; you sign in with Slack, and the report uses your own Jira permissions.

Match people¶

People matches (/people) imports the Jira and Slack directories a page at a time, automatically matches unique shared emails, and lets you search by name, email, or account ID to set manual matches. Filters highlight people who still need a match. See DM nudges and @mentions.

For DM each assignee, no channel is needed. Review people matches before enabling delivery. For Both, choose the channel that receives the shared digest.

Unsaved changes trigger a warning before you leave or open another schedule. If a request fails, your entries stay in the form so you can retry.

Activity and billing¶

Use the section links at the top of Workspace to jump between schedules, the editor, delivery activity, and plan and billing. People matches opens the shared Jira-to-Slack matching page. Older Studio bookmarks redirect to Workspace and preserve their settings.
