Rich link previews¶
Paste a Jira link in Slack and Jira Reminders replies with a live snapshot:

Previews only appear for Jira sites your Slack workspace has connected, using your workspace’s own Jira connection.
Link previews are currently enabled only for events without Slack enterprise organization metadata. Enterprise events are acknowledged without fetching Jira data or posting a preview.
Settings¶
Open Home → Settings & help to switch link previews between Rich, Compact (title and status only) and Off.
