Workspace settings

Open Jira Reminders → Home → Settings & help in Slack to manage shared preview settings:

• Jira link previews: choose Rich, Compact, or Off.
• Chart images in reports: turn chart images on or off. Slack charts are drawn by QuickChart from report data; see Reports.

These settings affect the Slack workspace.

Schedule ownership

Each member manages the reminders and reports created by their own Slack account. The Workspace lists your schedules. Signing in does not grant access to edit another member’s schedules.

People matching

The people-matching page connects Jira assignees to Slack recipients for personal DMs and @mentions. Signed-in workspace members can correct these matches. Changes apply across the workspace, so review the recipient carefully.

Connections and billing

Use Connect Jira to authorize your account, or reconnect when access expires. Personal “My work” reminders require your own Jira connection.

Open Your workspace on the website to see your schedules, recorded delivery activity, and billing options. If your account has a linked Stripe customer, Manage billing opens the billing portal. Otherwise, contact support@jirareminders.com for billing help.
