Templates¶
Templates are ready-made starting points. Each opens a new reminder with sensible defaults; every field stays editable, and you can preview real issues before saving. Start one from Home → Explore reminders in Slack or from the Workspace.
Reminder templates¶

|---|---|---|
| Overdue issues | Open issues past their due date | Weekdays 9:00 AM |

| Weekly team update | New, updated and resolved issues as an AI summary | Fridays 4:00 PM |
| My daily work DM | Your overdue and assigned issues, sent to your DM | Weekdays 9:00 AM |
| Sprint risks | Blocked and stuck in-progress issues | Weekdays 9:00 AM |
| Due today and this week | Due today plus the next 7 days | Weekdays 9:00 AM |
| Bug watch | Open bugs and unassigned issues | Weekdays 10:00 AM |
| Unassigned priorities | High-priority issues with no owner (custom JQL) | Weekdays 9:00 AM |
Report templates¶
Every report — sprint health, daily standup, epic progress, epics overview, release progress, team workload, weekly project health, bug triage and velocity — can be scheduled the same way.
Tip: combine a channel report (for example Sprint health before standup) with a DM each assignee reminder for overdue work, so the channel sees the big picture and each person gets their own to-do list.
