AI summaries and report insights

AI features turn matching Jira data into a short written update. They summarize information; they do not change Jira issues.

Reminder summaries

Choose AI summary instead of Issue list. Add optional instructions such as:

• “Group by priority and include issue links.”
• “Highlight overdue work first.”
• “Keep the update to five bullets.”

Preview with live Jira data before saving. AI output may vary between the preview and later runs.

Report insights

When creating a report, enable Add AI insights about risks. The app asks for a short summary of risks and possible next steps based on the report data. Optional instructions can focus it on a specific concern.

Check the result

AI can miss context or make mistakes. Check issue links, dates, and suggestions against Jira before making decisions. Instructions guide the output but do not guarantee a specific format or conclusion.

AI features send relevant Jira text or report data and your instructions to OpenAI for processing. Choose an issue list and leave report AI insights off if you do not want an AI-generated summary.
