Scheduling¶
Recurring reminders and reports¶
Choose one or more days of the week and a time in 30-minute increments. Select all seven days for daily updates, Monday–Friday for weekdays, or one day for a weekly update.
Times use your Slack time zone when saved. Check the displayed schedule after changing your time zone or when daylight saving time changes.
Choose a channel or your own DM as the destination. Invite @Jira Reminders to a private channel before selecting it. Reminders can also send a separate DM to each matched assignee; see DM nudges.
Skip when there is nothing to report keeps empty updates quiet. Turn it off to receive an “All clear” message when no issues match.
One-time follow-ups¶
For a personal reminder about an issue, open Home → Open my work → Remind me about an issue. See Follow-ups and snooze.
Manage a schedule¶
In Workspace, use Edit to change settings, Send now for an immediate delivery, or Pause to stop scheduled posts while keeping your configuration. Resume turns it back on.
Saving a schedule does not send it immediately. Use a test DM to check the output privately, or Send now to deliver it to the configured recipients.
